DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all items (no minimum spend required) unless stated otherwise within the product description.

It usually takes 3-6 working days for delivery from the day you place your order. The Royal Mail delivery option is recorded for extra security. If you are not at home during the day, you can collect your package from your local post office, as a signature is required.

Occasionally we offer free products which do have a delivery charge, the total delivery charge for these items will be in the Order Summary at checkout. Free products usually have a longer delivery time and can take 30 - 60 days to reach your address. Please be sure to check the product description to check the delivery estimate time.

Please Note: Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Susannah Black we hope you’ll love any item bought from us, but we understand that occasionally we all make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with.

For purchases made online, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, to cancel your order if you decide you do not want to keep any items you have ordered. Please note that in order to qualify for a full refund (including any delivery charges you paid for), you have a period of 365 working days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel your order, starting from the day after the day you receive the goods.  You can e-mail us at info@susannahblack.co.uk

You must then return the goods to us using any of the methods set out in the 'How to Return an Item' section below, as soon as possible and in any event no later than 365 days after the date you received the goods.

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied you must note the details on the delivery documentation and/or inform us within a reasonable period of time. We may offer to send you a substitute or replacement product but in any case, you must return the faulty products to us as soon as possible (and we will cover the cost of return). 

You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. Please return them in the original packaging (if possible) and in the same beautiful, unworn & unwashed condition, along with your proof of purchase. All tags and labels must remain on the items being returned.

If you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order within 365 working days following the date of receipt of your items, we will process your refund as soon as possible (and in any case within 30 calendar days) after receiving your notice of cancellation. We’ll credit your refund to the credit or debit card used when you placed your order.

If you do not notify us of your intention to cancel your order within the 365 working day time limit we will not be obliged to refund the original delivery charges for your items and we may request the return of the items by recorded delivery (or other secure delivery), at your cost. We’ll process your refund after the items have been returned to us, as long as we receive them within 365 days of the date that they were delivered to you.

PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

Promotions online are only valid whilst stocks last and may be withdrawn or altered by Susannah Black at any time at our absolute and sole discretion.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Return By Post

If you wish to return your items by post please notify us within 365 working days following receipt of your order via our Contact Form or by e-mail at info@susannahblack.co.uk. Please use the comments field to enter as much detail as possible, including your order number, address, and delivery address if different. If possible, please provide your Customer Order number in all correspondence.
